Help Assemble Hero Boxes for Local Medical Personnel
Phone Volunteers
Needed: 1-2 volunteers to contact three local hospitals (below) to get a count of front line staff to determine how many boxes will be needed at each location.

AssemblyVolunteers
We provide the supplies, you do the assembly! Volunteers pick up snack items from locations in Haymarket or Manassas and assemble them into provided boxes for front-line staff members at area hospitals. You then drop off at the same location unless you want to deliver to the hospitals

Delivery Volunteers
Volunteers pick up completed boxes from locations in Haymarket or Manassas and deliver to local hospital(s):

Create Cards for Kindness!
Want to put your creative and artistic skills to good use by helping others? Here is how:

2. They organize and distribute the cards to cancer foundations, shelters, hospitals, and other organizations
​
3. The cards are used by nurses, doctors, staff, counselors, parents and volunteers who add handwritten messages of encouragement and love before giving them to children, patients, and others in need.
